All digital products offered on Deen Taleem, including but not limited to printable PDF worksheets, flashcards, audio stories, animated videos, and graphical assets, are the exclusive intellectual property of Deen Taleem and its creators. Upon a successful purchase, we grant the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and print the materials strictly for personal, non-commercial, and household homeschooling purposes.
Strict Prohibitions: You are expressly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, reselling, or publicly sharing our digital files. Uploading our PDFs to public forums, reselling our printables on other marketplaces, or distributing your unique access links will result in immediate termination of your access without refund, and potential legal action under copyright infringement laws.
2. Pricing, Modifications, and Payments
All prices listed for our digital bundles are in Indian Rupees (INR). Deen Taleem reserves the absolute right to adjust pricing, modify course curriculums, or discontinue specific digital bundles at any time without prior notice. Payments are processed via authorized third-party gateways. You agree to provide accurate and current billing and contact information for all purchases to ensure seamless digital delivery.
3. Acceptable Use of Live Mentorship
For bundles that include live 1-on-1 mentorship for children, a parent or guardian must be present or in the immediate vicinity during the online session. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abusive language, inappropriate behavior, or harassment towards our educators. Violation of this rule will lead to an immediate and permanent ban from the platform.
4. Limitation of Liability & Jurisdiction
The materials provided by Deen Taleem are designed to supplement early childhood Islamic education. We make no warranties regarding specific educational outcomes, memory retention, or academic success. In no event shall Deen Taleem or Manjesh Kumar be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our digital platform. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
